Join airSlate as a Mobile User Acquisition Specialist and help drive growth for our mobile apps. You’ll plan and run campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, brand, and analytics teams to reach and engage users worldwide.


What you'll do:


  • Launch and scale mobile advertising campaigns, including keyword generation, brief creation, and coordination with developers and content teams.

  • Monitor core performance metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA/CAC) to ensure campaigns meet both KPI and OKR targets.

  • Run systematic experiments: build hypotheses, execute tests, and deliver clear, data-backed insights through regular reporting.

  • Conduct ongoing research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and areas for optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with internal partners (brand, product, analytics) and maintain productive relationships with Apple, Google, Microsoft, and other external platforms.

  • Lead ASO efforts: update app store listings, optimize metadata, track keyword rankings, and run A/B experiments in the App Store and Google Play.


What you'll need:


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.

  • 3+ years managing Apple Search Ads campaigns.

  • Practical experience with mobile analytics systems such as Firebase and Appsflyer.

  • Solid understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and conversion tracking.

  • Experience with A/B testing.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize monthly budgets of $50K+.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • English: Upper Intermediate (B2+) or above.


Nice to have:


  • ASO expertise (keyword research, metadata optimization, competitor analysis across the App Store and Google Play).
