Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking three skilled Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to support an AI project within a prominent savings bank environment. The ideal candidates will bring 3-5 years of experience and possess strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and developing actionable business cases. Proficiency in the banking sector.

Main Responsibilities:
Each BA/PO will independently manage specific workstreams while collaborating with specialist departments and IT. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and prioritizing user stories in collaboration with specialist departments.

• Developing comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.

• Managing stakeholders across business units and IT.

• Coordinating with Finanz Informatik on requirements feasibility.

• Ensuring compliant documentation of requirements in accordance with SOC2 and ISO 27001.

• Identifying potential AI applications within their workstream.

Key Requirements:

The following qualifications and skills are mandatory:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment.

• Proven track record in creating business cases.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Basic understanding of AI use cases relevant to banking.

• Basic knowledge of SOC2 / ISO 27001 compliance standards.

• Fluent German (C1+) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

• Understanding of digital channels and APIs.

• Knowledge of current trends in banking technology.
