Business Analyst - Treasury Projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Data + Front End BAs (mix)

• Evaluate and suggest improvements to current business processes.

• Design solutions in conjunction with technical teams aligning with business goals.

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to clarify project objectives.

• Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and specifications.

• Interpret and analyze data to drive actionable business insights.

• Support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Assist in project planning and management for timely delivery.

• Identify risks and assess the impact of proposed system changes.

• Promote continuous process improvement and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design collaboration between business and IT.

• Strong process analysis, redesign capabilities, and proficiency in business process modeling and documentation software.

• Extensive banking experience with a deep understanding of complex data flows and strong data reconciliation skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, risk assessment, and impact analysis.

• Project management experience in Agile or Waterfall environments, including testing and validation processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Around 10 years of relevant work experience with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in Treasury or intraday liquidity management.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like Basel III.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA tools.
