Summary: This role seeks an experienced Business Analyst to enhance an ongoing project aimed at improving Identity & Access Management (IAM) for Mainframe applications. The primary goal is to ensure that processes and solutions are well understood and adopted across the business and IT stakeholders.
Engage stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate project efforts.
Support Business and IT teams in gathering and documenting requirements through interviews and workshops.
Analyze gathered documentation to identify further needs.
Conduct access management analysis and address violations.
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and provide updates to stakeholders.
Support training and transition for end-users, managing changes and risks throughout the project.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digitalization projects, especially in IAM or cybersecurity.
Understanding of mainframe applications and access management.
Experience in process development.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in cyber security projects related to IAM.
Prior involvement in cross-departmental project initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to IAM.
