Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management

Summary: This role seeks an experienced Business Analyst to enhance an ongoing project aimed at improving Identity & Access Management (IAM) for Mainframe applications. The primary goal is to ensure that processes and solutions are well understood and adopted across the business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate project efforts.

• Support Business and IT teams in gathering and documenting requirements through interviews and workshops.

• Analyze gathered documentation to identify further needs.

• Conduct access management analysis and address violations.

• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Support training and transition for end-users, managing changes and risks throughout the project.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digitalization projects, especially in IAM or cybersecurity.

• Understanding of mainframe applications and access management.

• Experience in process development.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cyber security projects related to IAM.

• Prior involvement in cross-departmental project initiatives.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to IAM.
