Introduction & Summary:We are seeking an expert Data Scientist specialized in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance IT stability by identifying and mitigating risks through predictive and prescriptive analytics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in Data Science and IT Service Management, utilizing advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and automated reporting solutions.

Main Responsibilities:The consultant will drive initiatives aimed at improving IT services and operational stability through advanced analytics methodologies. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining advanced analytics solutions in Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric.

• Co-creating innovative ideas and services with stakeholders.

• Conducting hypothesis testing and designing statistical models to validate business statements.

• Building advanced reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.

• Ensuring high-quality data collection and adherence to best data practices.

• Collaborating within a SAFe Scrum Team to maintain aligned autonomy in project delivery.

Key Requirements:Candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Expertise in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, and GIT.

• Strong professional experience with T-SQL and DAX.

• Experience with Snowflake and Apache Airflow

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Python for machine learning and data manipulation.

• Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably MS Power BI.

• Deep understanding of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics.

• Experience in data mining and feature selection using ML tools.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• ITIL Foundation certification or relevant work experience in IT Service Management.

• Lean-Agile training or certification (Scrum or SAFe).

• Academic degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluency in English (C2 level or higher).

Nice to Have:The following skills will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with Generative AI models.

• Understanding of operational service improvement frameworks.
