Assistant Team Lead
We need an assistant Team Lead for one of our clients in the pension industry. Your job will be helping the team executing on already defined decisions and solutions. This role is perfect if you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with diverse teams on complex projects.
You are expected to:
Support execution of predefined solutions in a large-scale program
One specific task will be to contact other companies to secure remediation of former customers
Manage and cooperate with a diverse team - including pension specialists and actuaries
Handle lots of different tasks - requiring quick learning and adaptation
Maintain and support internal and external stakeholder relationships
Assist the team lead with tasks regarding coordination and execution in general.
Requirements:
Generalist competencies - an all-around professional type with excellent communication skills
Project management expertise - you have a structured approach with flair for milestone planning, follow-up, and reporting
Leadership skills - you can drive your own tasks while assisting the team lead on a daily basis
Flexibility and adaptability - the job contains lots of varied task, requiring quick adaptation to new assignments
Language skills - Both Danish and English required.
Nice-to-have:
An Actuary education
Experience within the pension industry (a great advantage).
