🚀 Application Support Engineer | Hybrid – 2x onsite per week (Lisbon)
We are hiring a CRM/CLM Application Support Engineer to join a long-term project with one of our clients, operating in an international and multicultural environment.
This is a RUN-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working on production support, incident resolution, and ensuring platform stability in complex ecosystems.

🗣️Languages: English: B2 (minimum level)
📍 Hybrid – Lisbon (2x onsite | Flexible)
You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM/CLM platforms, working with development and infrastructure teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Level 2 support for CRM/CLM applications and related systems
• Incident analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination with Level 3 or vendors
• Monitoring data flows, integrations, and system performance
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Execution and validation of deployments and configuration changes
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an international setup
🛠️ Tech Environment:
• 💻 MS SQL Server, APIs (REST, SOAP), Messaging (Kafka, MQ)
• ⚙️ CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
• 🖥️ Windows, Unix, Linux
• 📊 Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds)
• 📌 Jira, Confluence
🎯 Requirements:
• +2 years in Application Support or Production Support
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with databases, APIs, and distributed systems
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• CRM/CLM knowledge or strong willingness to learn
Nice to have:
• 💻 Dynamics 365, .NET, C#
• ⚙️ Scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python)
• 📊 DevOps exposure and CI/CD environments
