Team Structure: Reports to Change Manager; collaborates with AI Factory Product Owner.

Operational Context: Focus on both technical implementation and user engagement processes.

Summary: The AI Platform Adoption & Change Specialist is responsible for promoting and facilitating the adoption of AI Factory across both technical and non-technical user communities. This role is crucial for enabling the organization to leverage AI technologies effectively and transform its operations through data-driven insights and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of the AI Factory among technical and non-technical user communities.

• Design and execute change and adoption strategies aligned with the AI Factory roadmap.

• Identify and mitigate adoption risks, resistance, and usability gaps.

• Collaborate with the AI Factory Product Owner to understand vision and priorities.

• Translate technical capabilities into user-friendly narratives and feedback.

• Create enablement materials, tutorials, and internal communications about AI Factory.

• Design training sessions for both technical users and business stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on adoption metrics and user satisfaction.

• Build and execute a communication plan to support AI Factory initiatives.

Must Haves:

• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.

• Ability to create training and enablement materials.

• Proven track record in monitoring and evaluating adoption metrics.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI technologies and concepts.

• Experience working with Product Owners or in product management roles.

• Background in technical training or support.
