Summary: We are looking for an AI Engineer to join small, remote team building next-generation AI-driven services. The role involves designing, building, and deploying sophisticated AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents, effectively translating complex business needs into scalable systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing AI-driven services using LLMs.

• Building and orchestrating end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Integrating AI agents into business processes via workflow automation platforms.

• Developing scalable backend services and RESTful APIs in Python.

• Evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and relevance.

• Implementing frameworks for testing and enforcing AI guardrails.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Expertise in LLM & RAG Architecture.

• Advanced knowledge of LLM Application Frameworks.

• Advanced experience with AI Agent & Workflow Automation.

• Proficient in Databases (SQL & Vector).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Cloud & MLOps.

• Familiarity with Full-Stack Development.

• Knowledge of tools like Streamlit for prototyping.
