We are looking for a hands-on AI Consultant to work as an hands on advisor supporting the adoption of AI and intelligent automation. This is not a theoretical or strategy-only role. You will sit with teams, observe how work is actually done, and rapidly improve real-world processes using AI and automation, with different functions of businesses.

You’ll act as both a delivery consultant and trusted advisor, helping the organisation move from experimentation to meaningful, repeatable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with business teams to identify manual, inefficient, or high-friction processes.

• Design and implement pragmatic AI and automation solutions that deliver visible outcomes quickly.

• Simplify and streamline complex workflows rather than over-engineering solutions.

• Build working tools, not slide decks.

• Act as a friendly, credible internal consultant who helps teams work smarter.

• Run informal training sessions, demos, and workshops to upskill teams in practical AI usage.

• Translate AI concepts into clear, approachable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

• Help establish a repeatable “department-by-department” AI transformation model.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience delivering AI and automation solutions (not just managing teams).

• Deep familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot tooling.

• Background in automation, workflow optimisation, or process improvement.

• Confidence working directly with business users and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to identify problems quickly and deliver practical solutions with minimal ceremony.

• Proven examples of building end‑to‑end solutions yourself.

• Comfortable operating in low‑governance, fast‑moving organisations.

• Strong communication skills – able to train, inspire, and influence.
