🚀 What you’ll do:

Develop new features: Work on functionalities like mailbox integration, event processing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.

Enhance existing solutions: Improve performance and scalability to support increasing traffic and user growth.

Utilize AWS cloud services: Work with SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch, Athena, and S3 to build robust, scalable solutions.

Write and optimize SQL queries: Ensure efficient database performance and responsiveness.

Act as a feature lead: Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive projects, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Conduct code reviews: Maintain high-quality standards through thoughtful and constructive feedback.

Share knowledge: Lead workshops, share best practices, and stay on top of market trends.
🚀 Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience as a Java Engineer.
- Hands-on AWS experience – you have used AWS services in production.
- Strong database skills – experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Business mindset – you have worked closely with product teams and made business-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Polish language proficiency at a minimum C2 level.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with Python, PHP, or JavaScript (Vue/Angular/React).
