Platform Engineer M365 focus SharePoint&OneDrive

Your responsibilities

• Enabling working on data for 80k+ Users with SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms and Loop

• Collaboration with connected product teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design applications

• Developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that are the basis for the automation and governance of the operations ensuring that technical dependencies are well managed

• Taking care of the platform strategy considering relevant governance and service management aspects whilst keeping track of the further development and innovation potentials in the area

• Advising Developers and Business Users regarding the processes and handling of the platform as well as upcoming changes

• Managing infrastructure projects like upgrades, cloud migrations, and platform consolidations

• Maintaining platform documentations also considering the combination of technologies (e.g. with AI/Machine Learning)

• Ensuring that technical dependencies to other Products are well managed and any issues and impediments are addressed at any time, whilst taking care that all functions within the Product Team are up to date and equipped with current information

Our requirements

• Fluent knowledge of English is required. The job is in an international environment, where English is essential for daily communication

• Good knowledge of Polish

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Several years of hands-on experience in M365 setups with application development and engineering activities in enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of toolsets like PowerShell , AZURE Runbooks, AZURE DEVOPS, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and programming skills in JavaScript , SPFx, Python, VBScript

• Self-driven and goal oriented hands-on mentality working and supporting in an agile team

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in fluent English (German optional) with the ability to engage across teams and organizational levels.

• We offer the opportunity to work remotely. For those who prefer to work from the Warsaw office more often, we can also make this possible. However, once a month we ask you to come to Warsaw - the cost of travel is covered by the employee. Moreover you will work in an international team. Up to once per quarter you may have a business trip to our headquarters in Essen - all expenses are covered by the company.
