Responsibilities of the role:

This position will have overall responsibility for engineering and day-to-day support of the Network solutions with a focus on solutions related to web-proxy system, mail relays and vpn concentrators. Will be responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems and performing changes according to the approved processes. Will be required to monitor, meet and report on Service Level Agreements.
