Product Manager /Knowledge Management
We are looking for a Product Manager – Knowledge Management to build, structure, and scale product knowledge across our B2B SaaS platform.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing, ensuring that product documentation, knowledge bases, and enablement materials are clear, consistent, and easy to use.
You will turn complex products into simple, structured, and impactful knowledge that supports product adoption, sales effectiveness, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Own and develop product documentation for a complex SaaS platform
Build and maintain a central knowledge base (docs, FAQs, guides, playbooks)
Prepare Release Notes and support product launches
Support Product Managers with:
Webinars
Product presentations and demos
Create Sales Enablement materials:
Product overviews
Value propositions
FAQs and comparison docs
Ensure consistent product messaging across Product, Sales, CX, and Marketing
Improve knowledge structure, discoverability, and quality over time
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of commercial experience in:
Knowledge Management, Product Operations, Technical Writing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or similar
Strong written communication skills
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or digital products
Ability to structure complex information clearly
High ownership, autonomy, and attention to quality
English level: C1 or higher (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar
Experience creating enablement, onboarding, or training materials
Background in Product, CX, or Marketing teams
