We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring transparency, streamlined communication, and seamless reporting within a dynamic team that focuses on RPA and AI technologies. Your main focus will be on tracking project progress, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are effectively managed.
- Coordinate project schedules across cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, support staff, and managers).
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
2. Transparency and Reporting:
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders, including management, developers, and analysts, ensuring they have up-to-date visibility into project progress.
- Prepare comprehensive reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, resource allocation, and any risks or roadblocks encountered.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and action items.
3. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Streamline communications between cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings with the team, clients, and other stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and ensure expectations are clear.
- Manage escalations by coordinating with appropriate teams for resolution and ensuring issues are tracked and addressed in a timely manner.
4. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and resource challenges.
- Facilitate the resolution of any blockers or issues that may delay project timelines.
- Recommend solutions for continuous improvement in processes and project execution.
5. Team Support and Collaboration:
- Support the RPA team’s development and AI initiatives by ensuring clear goals and objectives are set.
- Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among all team members.
- Ensure that the team has the resources needed to meet project requirements and resolve any operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within a technology-driven environment, preferably involving RPA, AI, or automation technologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Familiarity with the principles of process automation and AI is a plus.
