TASKS:
- Perform 2nd level support of CRM Dynamics 365 (In DSV – this CRM is implemented in 85 countries on 6 continents)
- CRM configuration for Sales, Customer Service and Marketing applications
- Troubleshooting in CRM
- Build cloud flows and workflows using Power Apps
- Test new features in cooperation with the development team
- Create and update documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.)
JOIN US IF YOU HAVE…
- good experience in support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps,
- experience in configuration of CRM Dynamics 365,
- analytical skills,
- excellent problem solving and communication skills,
- experience of working in an international environment,
- bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT),
- fluent English.
