We are looking for a Technical Lead who will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on engineering. In this role, you will guide a dedicated team of developers, define system architecture, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance products that impact thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Manage a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous growth.

• Architecture: Design and oversee robust system architectures for high-traffic platforms.

• Hands-on Development: Remain technically active by engaging in complex coding tasks and conducting thorough code reviews.

• Strategy: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.

• Operations: Oversee production environments for applications used across various European countries.

• Talent Growth: Mentor team members and actively participate in the recruitment of new engineering talent.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Full-stack proficiency (strong backend focus with a solid understanding of frontend systems).

• Proven Leadership: Experience leading technical teams in product-oriented, fast-paced environments.

• Cloud & Architecture: Strong background in Cloud computing, system design, and modern DevOps practices.

• Methodology: Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

• Communication: Excellent English skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in AWS ecosystem and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

• Proficiency in modern languages such as Java, Golang, Python, Elixir, C#, or Node.js.
