As a Full Stack Engineer you will be considered an expert in terms of architecture and technologies. The team at DNA usually holds end-to-end responsibility for a product (at DNA the team consists of Backend, Fullstack, Frontend and Site Reliability Engineers). You will be encouraged to:

take part in architecture& tech stack discussions and co-implement it
own the way of working of the team and the outcome it produces

On a daily basis as a DNA team member you will:

design and create solutions - mainly new features (you are empowered to handle the full product development process); you will also face day to day cooperation with a client
participate in team ceremonies (daily, planning, code review, retrospective, refinement)
undertake different company initiatives (not only in the field of engineering practices)

Experience that will be crucial:

at least 5 years of commercial experience with different tech stacks e.g Java (Spring) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React)
DevOps mindset
day-to-day communication in English with a client
