About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer to support large-scale transformation initiatives, including organizational structure changes impacting downstream systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements.

• Translate structural changes into system and integration-level requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and clarification sessions.

• Create functional specs, user stories, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with integration architects.

• Support feasibility assessments and UAT.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience.

• Understanding of enterprise integrations and downstream systems.

• Experience in transformation programs.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Fluent German.

• Ability to work hybrid.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with HR Systems, SAP SuccessFactors EC.

• Insurance/financial services domain knowledge.

• BPMN/process modelling.
