We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETL/Database Integration Specialist to join an innovative funeral tech company that builds user-centered digital solutions to improve care and streamline operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience 
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and managing ETL processes
• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel for handling system-level operations, scripting, or integration tasks
• Proven ability to handle data transformations and resolve character set issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Export data from a legacy Microsoft SQL database and migrate it into a new system
• Perform data transformations and resolve character set issues to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with the team to complete the migration efficiently and accurately
• Document processes and ensure clear communication throughout the project
• Provide support for any post-migration troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with accounting or financial software is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Product-oriented mindset
