Project

The client is running modernization projects of CRM platforms within the financial services and trading sector. You will be working on customizing Dynamics 365 (primarily Sales, Customer Service, OmniChannel modules), building integrations with external systems, optimizing business processes, and supporting data analytics and regulatory reporting requirements. The environment demands high standards of scalability, data quality, and security.
