• Project: the consultants support our clients by designing the best solutions and selecting the most suitable Atlassian tools to improve ITSM and ITIL areas within the client’s organization

What will you work on as a Senior Atlassian Consultant?

• Atlassian Services unit works on providing comprehensive support to our clients using Atlassian’s tools. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will support the team that provides consulting and product configuration services to the clients, helping them solve their problems and streamline their businesses.

Who will you work with? 

• The team is called Atlassian Consultants and there are 8 people in it. There is a Team Leader, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, Atlassian Consultant, 3 Senior Atlassian Consultants and 2 Atlassian Consultants. In its daily work, the team uses elements of the Agile methodology, such as daily meetings and planning, and the work is based on Atlassian tools. 
• The team is characterized by a non-corporate work atmosphere and appreciation of individuality. Atlassian Consultants are a group of people with various passions and abilities, which we try to incorporate in daily tasks. Team cooperation is based on mutual support and giving constructive feedback.

What tasks await you in this role?

• collaborating with clients to assess their current ITSM processes and identifying opportunities for migration to Atlassian Cloud;
• designing and implementing customized Atlassian Cloud-based ITSM solutions; 
• configuring and customizing Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Service Management, Confluence and related tools;
• advising on best practices for ITIL implementation and ensuring alignment with the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem;
• training clients’ teams on Atlassian Cloud tools and ITSM/ITIL principles;
• troubleshooting technical issues during and post-migration to Atlassian Cloud;
• keeping up-to-date with Atlassian Cloud updates, new features, and industry trends.

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

• you have the following skills:
• experience as a Consultant in Atlassian tools (or MS Azure, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP) - especially in migration to and adjusting Cloud environments;
• experience working with business clients at a strategic level;
• skills in configuring and customising Atlassian products;
• troubleshooting skills;
• English and Polish languages at B2/C1 level.
• nice to have: a strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL, experience with ITSM tools and processes, experience in implementing ITIL practices, scripting and automation skills for Atlassian products, Atlassian (ACP).
• you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
