Senior Network Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Network Consultant to join our client, a leading provider of transformative solutions through the power of Generative AI.

• Project information:
• Location: Kraków, Poland
• Work Setup: Hybrid model – on-site presence required once per week
• Rate: 117 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)
• Languages: English (B2+ Required)
• Starting Date: ASAP/ depending on candidate availability

Project scope:

• Works extensively with customers, along with appropriate internal and external resources on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions
• Takes leadership role in execution of delivery projects
• Improves solutions and methods developed in the field for use to the wider practice (knowledge sharing)
• Creates, reviews and approves project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans
• Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues
• Leverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions. Contributes to the development of digital intellectual capital (e.g. scripts, digital signatures).
• Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Assures proper and quick resolution of complex customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.
• Collaborates with other Consulting Engineers in appropriate technology domains to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs
• Typically interacts with individual contributors, managers, and customers regularly
• Provides input to Sales team in creating and demonstrating technology solutions to customers
• Engages with sales teams on pre-sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in network consulting or related field
• Deep expertise in Routing & Switching technologies and TCP/IP protocols
• Strong understanding of enterprise network design principles and architectures
• Proven experience with Cisco Enterprise solutions, such as SD-WAN, SDA, and DNA Center
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and migration plans
• Experience leading network migrations and resolving critical customer issues
• Availability to travel across the EMEA region (approximately once a month). All travel expenses will be covered
• English: B2+

Nice to have:

• Cisco certification strongly preferred (e.g., CCIE)
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Ansible) and automation capabilities
• Proficiency in French is nice to have
• Experience in customer-facing consulting roles across various industries
