About the role:
We are looking for a Solution Lead to take charge of delivering a strategic coreless Term Life platform for a major U.S. insurance client. This position involves close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, active engagement, and a well-managed transition into managed services.
As the project moves forward, the role will naturally evolve into a Product Engineering leadership position. You will help develop and scale the Client’s engineering capabilities in the U.S., work closely with the platform team, and play a key role in driving solution innovation across different customer initiatives.

Location: fully remote across Poland
Working hours: we work with a U.S. client, so you can begin your day anytime between 9:00 and 11:00 am CET
Key responsibilities:
Phase 1: Solution Leadership (Customer-Facing)
Take the lead in designing the architecture and overseeing the implementation of the Term Life digital platform.
Serve as the key solution owner, working hand in hand with IT and business stakeholders.
Drive the rollout of modules such as CRM, New Business STP, Servicing, Claims, Contact Center, Communications, and Dashboards.
Ensure solutions are reusable, configurable, and consistent with our Client’s low-code platform principles.
Collaborate with offshore teams in India while managing the overall delivery roadmap.
Oversee a structured, well-documented transition into Run & Change operations.
Phase 2: Shift into Product Engineering Leadership (Post-Project)
Take responsibility for shaping and growing our Client’s U.S. Product Engineering function.
Build and expand an onshore technical team, focusing on delivery excellence, client onboarding, and continuous innovation.
Partner with global platform teams to share product insights, suggest enhancements, and co-design new use cases.
Contribute to pre-sales and delivery for upcoming U.S. customers, creating reusable components and frameworks to drive scalability.
Requirements:
12+ years of professional background in enterprise solution delivery, product engineering, or platform development.
Track record of driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives for U.S. insurance clients.
Solid expertise in solution architecture, low-code technologies, cloud-native ecosystems, and building scalable platforms.
In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, including Term Life, Claims, Servicing, Renewals, and related areas.
Proven leadership of distributed teams, effectively managing collaboration between onshore and offshore groups.
