Technical Product Engineer – Remote (Poland, B2B)

Dear Consultant,

We are looking for a Technical Product Engineer who is passionate about building products while wearing a technical product management hat to join our multinational client team. This role requires a strong understanding of architecture and design concepts, the ability to engage with business stakeholders for requirement elicitation, and hands-on experience in building POCs.

Program/Project Overview:

You will be working on dispute management products that cater to merchants and acquirers. The stack includes:

• Java Full Stack & Python for backend development
• SQL databases for data management
• Clover ETL tools for data processing
• GenAI to enhance product features and developer efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to elicit and document technical requirements at Epics and Feature levels.
• Design and document system architecture, solution flows, and technical specifications.
• Build proof-of-concept (POC) implementations for validation.
• Provide technical guidance on integrating new features using GenAI capabilities.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in full-stack development (Java, Python).
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in UML, system architecture, and solution design.
• Experience in requirement elicitation and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and their applications in product development.
• Ability to work independently and bridge the gap between business and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Background in dispute management or fintech products.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation for product development.
