Join a global workforce solutions leader providing specialized IT support for enterprise-level systems across Europe. We’re currently looking for a Senior Java Support specialist to lead and manage country-specific application support operations for one of our key international clients.
📍 Remote (1 day/month in Warsaw)
💰 1,000 -1,100 PLN/day B2B (All-In)
- Provide senior-level support across L1, L2, and L3 for local IT applications
- Lead a small operations/support team ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Communicate with business users in Polish and manage stakeholder expectations
- Prepare and deliver Weekly and Monthly Status Reports (WSR/MSR)
- Manage and escalate critical incidents and risks as needed
- Contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Apply strong technical knowledge in Java, J2EE, and Oracle environments

Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills
- Solid experience in Java support roles, with exposure to complex enterprise environments
- Proven track record in L1, L2, and L3 support
- Hands-on knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation
- Experience with WSR/MSR reporting, stakeholder communication, and team coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle critical incidents
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity practices
- Experience working in international teams or for global clients
- Exposure to customer service or CRM modules is a plus
- Long-term B2B engagement
- Remote-first role (with 1 day/month onsite in Warsaw)
