We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Wallstreet Suite (WSS-TRM) to join a treasury transformation project in the financial services sector. This role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills, hands-on experience in TRM modules, and end-to-end involvement from requirement gathering through testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities:

Review documented business issues and perform business process analysis

Lead workshops to gather functional requirements and assess project risks

Document requirements, use cases, test cases, and functional designs

Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and stakeholders

Prepare business cases, RACI matrices, and high-level project plans

Define test scenarios and participate in IAT/UAT

Document workarounds, process changes, and user procedures

Required Expertise:

Deep knowledge of WSS-TRM including Transaction, Back Office, D&C, and Accounting (ACM) modules

Experience with custom configurations, use case/test case documentation, and testing methodologies

Hands-on with JIRA, SmartIT, and stakeholder communication

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under pressure

Strong analytical thinking and structured work style
