Skills:
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change Management & SLAs.
Skilled in customizing ServiceNow Service Portal.
Proficient in Javascript (backend & frontend) and AngularJS.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Admin & Development tools.
Able to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Leadership: guiding teams to deliver quality solutions on time.
Programming experience in Java or Python.
Familiar with SDLC and Agile workflows.
Excellent communicator who works well with both tech and non-tech teams.
Problem-solver, quick learner, and adaptable.
Nice to Have:
Certifications like CSA, CAD, ITIL, CTA/CMA, or Front-End Developer certifications.
