Responsibilities

• Deliver PMGM, CDP, Succession, Calibration, People Profile.

• Configure IAS, RBP, Integration Center, EC Employee Profile.

• Handle incidents, change requests, bi-annual release management.

• Build Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, and dashboards.

• Provide functional expertise, stakeholder management & documentation.

Requirements

• SAP SF PMGM certification (mandatory).

• Hands-on in PMGM, CDP, Succession Planning.

• Experience in Release Management, Calibration, CPM, 360.

• Reporting: Story reports, dashboards, Advanced Reporting.

• Understanding of ITIL processes.

• Strong communication & stakeholder management.
