SAP Field Service Management (FSCM) Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant responsible for supporting Financial Supply Chain Management solutions to improve cash flow, credit control, and customer financial interactions. The role includes configuring FSCM components such as Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management, and integrating them with SAP FI/AR and other financial systems. The consultant will work closely with finance teams to automate workflows and improve receivables management.

Responsibilities

• Support FSCM solutions to enhance cash flow, credit control, and financial interactions.

• Configure and maintain FSCM components including Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.

• Integrate FSCM with SAP FI/AR and external financial systems.

• Support automation of financial workflows and financial reporting.

• Handle incident resolution, change request deployment, and root cause analysis within the FSCM module.

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP FSCM: Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management.

• Understanding of integration between FSCM and SAP FI/AR.

• Ability to support workflow automation and receivables optimization.

• Experience in incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with finance stakeholders.
