SAP EWM Senior Consultant / Architect - Retail | Remote (EU) + Germany Travel

🌍 Location: Poland / Romania / Bulgaria (Remote - Nearshore)
✈️ Travel: 1 trip/month to Heilbronn, Germany (4 days) + initial onboarding onsite (1-2 weeks)
🕒 Contract: 12+ months

Join a large-scale SAP EWM transformation programme within a major international retail environment. This is your chance to work on high-volume, fast-paced warehouse operations and deliver impactful, enterprise-level solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementations and rollouts

• Drive requirements analysis, functional specifications, and testing

• Optimise warehouse processes, including:

  1. Goods receipt & goods issue

  2. Internal warehouse operations

  3. High-speed / high-volume handling

  4. Fresh goods management

  5. Picking optimisation & mobile applications

• Provide ongoing operational support

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across teams

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP EWM

• Background as Consultant / Senior Consultant / Architect

• Strong functional knowledge of warehouse and retail processes

• Experience in SAP implementations and/or rollouts

• Debugging skills (nice to have)

• MFS knowledge is a plus

Language

• English (fluent) – mandatory

• German – nice to have
