RF / DSP Verification Architect -Remote Poland
We are looking for an experienced RF / DSP Verification Architect to lead the architectural strategy for DSP and RF signal-chain verification across Adaptive SoC platforms.
The role focuses on defining UVM-based verification frameworks, algorithm validation methodologies, and automation strategies, acting as the technical authority for RF/DSP verification at SoC level. Send CV to (marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk) if interested.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the verification architecture for DSP/RF signal-chain blocks
Define UVM-based verification frameworks and methodologies
Own algorithmic verification strategies for FFT, FIR, and channelizers
Drive Python-based automation, CI/CD integration, and Git workflows
Oversee Adaptive SoC verification flows
Support hardware/software co-verification using Vivado and Vitis
Define verification standards, reviews, and sign-off procedures
Mentor and guide verification engineers on best practices
Required Skills & Expertise
Verification architecture for DSP/RF blocks using UVM methodologies
Algorithmic verification of FFT, FIR, channelizers
Python for testbench automation and CI/CD integration
Git workflow management
Adaptive SoC verification flows
Hardware/software co-verification with Vivado / Vitis
MATLAB for algorithm-level verification (preferred)
Technical leadership and mentoring experience
