Location: Remote, Poland

Engagement: B2B Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the product backlog to align with business priorities and evolving user needs.

Lead communication between cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Oversee the full product lifecycle—from roadmap planning to post-launch enhancements.

Define detailed product requirements, write user stories, and validate feature delivery in Agile sprints.

Monitor product performance and key metrics to drive informed enhancements.

Capture user feedback and ensure a high-quality end-user experience.

Deliver clear documentation, training resources, and knowledge base materials.

Support testing and validation of updates and new features in collaboration with QA.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Familiarity with or strong interest in the agriculture/agritech sector.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate user needs into functional requirements.

Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and facilitating product workshops.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
