We are seeking an experienced HCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learn, and Fast Formulas. Key Responsibilities:
Architect Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Learning
Design configurations, integrations, and workflows aligned with HR best practices
Develop and validate Fast Formulas for eligibility, validations, and calculations
Serve as SME across modules, guiding delivery teams through full lifecycle implementations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
Promote standardization, compliance, and innovation in all HCM processes
Support all phases: testing, cutover, go-live, and ongoing enhancements
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM roadmap and advise on adoption of new features
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in HCM systems, including 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM
Hands-on expertise in:
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Compensation & Benefits
Talent Management & Learning
Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Validation, Calculation, Payroll)
Strong HR business process knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts is a plus
Proven ability to lead functional teams and deliver enterprise-grade HCM solutions
