Role Overview

The Solution Architect (Manager) – Oracle EPM Consultant works within a technologically versatile team, delivering consulting services to leading organizations across EMEIA and globally. The role focuses on designing and delivering Oracle EPM solutions including Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Narrative Reporting (NR), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), and Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting EPM solutions across various systems. You will collaborate with major financial market players on complex and impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver functional and technical Oracle EPM solutions aligned with client needs

·       Coach and mentor team members and support their professional development

·       Lead recruitment activities and team scaling initiatives

·       Manage RFPs, Proof of Concepts (PoC), staffing, and estimation processes

·       Configure, customize, and deploy Oracle EPM solutions according to business requirements

·       Drive business development through proposal creation and client relationship building

·       Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership

·       Design task flows and metadata models in EPM systems

·       Act as a solution architect for consolidation and planning systems

·       Support testing activities, enhancements, and complex issue resolution

Requirements

·       Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations (e.g., HFM, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, PBCS)

·       End-to-end experience across the full implementation lifecycle

·       Strong understanding of consolidation and planning processes

·       Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EPM solutions

·       Experience in task flow and metadata design in HFM/FCCS or Planning/PBCS

·       Ability to independently design and deliver system solutions

·       Experience acting as a solution architect in EPM projects

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Experience in testing (functional and technical)

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

·       Additional experience with other EPM tools

·       Fluency in German, French, or Italian

·       Experience in international project environments
