What You'll Do:

• Lead and design high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Architect, develop, and maintain systems on GCP Cloud and work with GCP Data Store.
• Leverage your expertise in Hibernate, MySQL, and Oracle to build efficient and reliable backend systems.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team and mentor junior team members, driving technical excellence and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver results that align with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• 11+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.
• Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud and GCP Data Store.
• Expertise in Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams and driving technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
