Functional Application Manager – Product Content - Remote

We are looking for a Functional Application Manager to own and improve the Product Content platform, including:

The role focuses on product data quality, system operations, user enablement, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the product data model, including attribute translations

• Run bulk imports and exports to update product and asset data

• Improve data quality across product information and digital assets

• Train users and create clear, practical documentation

• Handle incidents, service tickets, and improvement requests

• Create small tools or scripts to simplify data management tasks

• Collaborate with internal development teams on product content usage (e.g. web)

• Manage incident resolution and communication with SaaS vendors

  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with product content / PIM / DAM platforms

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Akeneo, Bynder, ProductsUp, Priint (one or more)

• Strong understanding of product data models and data quality

• Experience handling incidents, tickets, and operational support

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Structured and detail-oriented working style

• Basic coding / scripting skills are a strong plus
