We’re looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to support a leading digital transformation project using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, align processes, and support configuration, testing, and user training. 🔹 8+ years of CRM/BA experience
🔹 Strong D365 Customer Service knowledge (case mgmt, SLAs, security roles)
🔹 At least 3 end-to-end D365 implementations
🔹 Familiar with VSTS/TFS, PowerApps, and Agile delivery
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
