Job description

Business Analyst – Network Circuits

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Experience: 5–8+ years |

Drive the planning, delivery, and optimisation of network circuits (MPLS, SD WAN, Ethernet, DIA, cloud interconnects) in a global, regulated environment. Collaborate with Network Engineering, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and timely delivery of changes.

Must-Haves:

5–8+ years in network analysis or service/delivery programs
Hands-on with MPLS/EVPN, SD WAN, Ethernet/DIA, cloud interconnects
Strong documentation & stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow, network inventories, and compliance controls
