Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and high-quality responses to ad-hoc requests from leadership and senior stakeholders

• Maintain and optimize data governance structures, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of reporting data

• Support the Reporting Coordinator in preparing and coordinating regular progress reports across WS2

• Ensure alignment and visibility of activities across the workstream through structured reporting and communication

• Manage and enhance automated data processes, including data modeling and transformation

• Coordinate reporting inputs across multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and reporting cadences

• Perform analytical deep-dives and provide actionable insights based on data

• Ensure high standards of data quality, validation, and reporting consistency

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or similar roles within complex environments

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

• Strong experience in stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, data modeling, and complex formulas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience in coordinating reporting processes across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Ability to handle ad-hoc requests efficiently while maintaining high quality and accuracy
