3 weeks of work in the Middle East and 1 week in Poland!
Responsibilities:
- Support Service Delivery Managers in the Application Evolution Services processes provided for various clients
- Support project and service planning, scoping, dependency and risk identification as well as management, resource planning and deployment
- Documentation management - creating and updating technical, functional and operational documentation related to projects and services, support subject matter experts in documents preparation, keep project / service documentation well organized and updated
- Aid implementation of ITSM processes - e.g. help service team in smooth resolution of tickets (service requests, incidents, change requests) at all stages and when dealing with all functions involved
- Support the service management in identification and implementation of improvements to enhance the service quality and efficiency
- Support the service management in release planning and execution
- Support the transition processes when taking-over or setting up the services for new clients by maintaining the transition schedule, organizing the meetings etc
- Support the service management in planning the team capacity
- Support management of SLAs / KPIs execution by taking care that all relevant reports are completed and up to date
- Ensure compliance of the services with corporate policies and standards
- Supporting training activities and knowledge transfer to teams and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Project Management Officer / Specialist or Consultant, interest in PMO area and project coor
- Experience in a similar position in an IT company, consulting company or financial institution
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) and MS Sharepoint
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- General understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, the iterative product development process and project management methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders - service team, development teams, product owners, service solution designers, architects, business representatives
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
- Knowledge of German
- Knowledge of SAP technology, including SAP Public Cloud, Finance and Controlling, and SAP Base and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
