IT Procurement Manager

IT Procurement Manager (project)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for software and IT services

• Lead contract negotiations with IT vendors to ensure favorable terms and compliance with business objectives

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and align procurement strategies accordingly

• Provide insights and reports on procurement performance and cost efficiency to senior management

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience with large application and Infrastructure managed services contracts, preferably with global vendors

• Project management experience (coordinating the negotiations of large contract)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT strategic procurement, with a strong focus on software and IT services procurement

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Proven track record in strategic analysis, negotiation

• In-depth knowledge and experience in software and IT services procurement

• Ability to challenge conventional procurement approaches and drive change within the organization

• Self-starter with the ability to assess business requirements and take ownership of sourcing activities

• Familiarity with procurement tools and e-Sourcing platforms
