Your main responsibilities:

• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog, planning, and defining the complete business case for the Product Increment.

• Organize and facilitate the planning stage for the Product Increment, developing joint plans and schedules for backlog implementation.

• Monitor the IT product delivery process, ensuring alignment with priorities and schedules set by Product Owners, while maintaining KPIs for accuracy of delivery.

• Collaborate actively with Release Management, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to ensure seamless delivery of Product Increments.

• Manage risks during the IT product implementation stage, mitigating potential issues proactively.

• Implement and support the development roadmap of the domain/area, ensuring strategic growth and innovation.

• Work with Solution Architects to develop and monitor Quality Gates at each level of Product Increment delivery.

• Identify employee development needs, co-create career paths, and support team members in their professional growth.

• Promote a strong understanding and adoption of agile principles and values within the teams.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects within agile environments.

• Strong knowledge of Java and Angular technologies.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience leading ambitious teams of experts, motivating and developing talent.

• Excellent leadership skills with an emphasis on autonomy, responsibility, and engagement.

• A proactive attitude with a focus on process optimization and risk management.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of testing techniques and software implementation methodologies.
