Technical Project Manager (Cloud Migration)
Responsibilities
For an ongoing cloud transformation initiative, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will take ownership of cloud migration activities with focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between technical teams, stakeholders, and external service providers. You will ensure that migration activities are structured, transparent, and executed smoothly. This position is ideal for a structured and proactive professional who combines technical understanding of cloud and IAM with strong coordination and governance skills.
Take full ownership of cloud migration activities, acting as the primary coordination point on behalf of the organization.
Coordinate cloud migration efforts, including:
Project coordination and project management
Collection, consolidation, and distribution of relevant information across teams
Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Manage and process IAM-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Oversee IAM roles and access management, including role assignments, adjustments, and reviews.
Manage subscriptions within the Customer API, ensuring correctness, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
Provide meeting support, including preparation, coordination, follow-ups, and documentation of outcomes.
Create and maintain structured project documentation, including:
Project status updates
Escalation documentation
Migration and rollout-related records
Coordinate and support rollout activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment between involved parties.
Qualifications
University degree required and fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
Experience in cloud migration projects, preferably in a coordination or ownership role.
Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including hands-on experience managing IAM tickets and roles.
Experience with subscription management, ideally within API-based platforms (e.g. TruckAPI or similar).
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and support meetings, governance, and documentation.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive mindset with a focus on transparency and information sharing.
Strong communication skills, structured and detail-oriented working style, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
