IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Handling incidents and implementing changes in distributed and network environments

• Executing standard procedures in line with knowledge base documentation (KB)

• Providing Tier I technical support and resolving automated, scripted issues

• Escalating complex problems to Tier II support where necessary

• Monitoring system health and promptly alerting leadership to major events

• Maintaining accurate technical documentation in ServiceNow

• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and ensuring rapid response to internal requests

• Collaborating with platform leads, management, and global support teams to meet service goals

• Advising and mentoring junior team members

• Contributing ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in technical operations or infrastructure support

• Strong background in distributed systems and server technologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

• Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies and multilayer environments

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details clearly to different audiences

• Highly organized, with strong coordination and time management skills

• Adaptable, resilient, and calm under pressure

• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement

• Comfortable working in tightly controlled operational environments
