CRM Delivery Lead

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for CRM Delivery Lead.

Please note that this role involves a fixed rotation of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote. Ability to travel accordingly is required!

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of CRM implementation projects — from the initial discovery and requirements analysis stage, through design and implementation, to final deployment and post-go-live support

• Close collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams, including business representatives, IT architects, and external vendors, to shape and enhance the CRM ecosystem while ensuring full alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives

• Oversight of project task execution, with particular focus on effective management and coordination of external vendors

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in a comparable managerial role for at least 8 years.

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment embracing a variety of cultures and working styles.

• Preferably, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, complemented by a solid understanding of the broader CRM solutions market
