Product Owner – Pharma & Operational Technology(OT)

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner with strong Pharma and Operational Technology (OT) expertise to lead innovative IT projects. You will work cross-functionally to optimise processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver transformative solutions that support high-quality pharmaceutical and diagnostics production.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration.

• Manage stakeholders, set expectations, and ensure clear communication.

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with GxP standards.

• Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and track progress.

• Implement quality control processes and conduct project reviews.

• Handle change requests and ensure smooth project adaptation.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and lessons learned.

Who You Are

• Strong business domain knowledge in Pharmaceuticals and/or Industrial Control Systems.

• Skilled in project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Agile mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Highly collaborative with the ability to drive results under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 8+ years of proven project management experience in highly regulated industries (Life Sciences preferred).

• PMP Certification (ITIL knowledge is a plus).

• Strong experience in CSV (Computer System Validation), GxP Compliance, Control Systems & Automation.

• Familiarity with SAFe / Agile frameworks is an advantage.

• Flexible to work Polish hours with occasional off-hour meetings.
