Cloud Migration Rollout Manager / Transition Manager

Cloud Migration Rollout Manager / Transition Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the rollout strategy for cloud migration across IT and business areas

• Lead rollout execution and manage release processes end-to-end

• Ensure effective service transition and operational readiness for new solutions

• Plan and coordinate deployment activities, including cutover planning

• Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the rollout lifecycle

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders

• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards

• Coordinate go-live activities, including those requiring work outside standard business hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and delivery

• Hands-on experience with application upgrades and data migration projects, including cutover planning

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and solution architecture principles

• Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (e.g. Jira, Helix)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• High level of accountability, proactivity, and adaptability in fast-changing environments

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Flexibility to support deployments during evenings or weekends when required
