Job offering

We are seeking our first dedicated Sales Development Manager to spearhead our commercial growth and build our sales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality who thrives in startup environments and wants to shape the future of a growing technology consultancy.

In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle from market research and prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing. You will work directly with our leadership team to define our go-to-market strategy, build scalable sales processes, and establish the foundation for a high-performing sales organization. As we continue to expand across European markets, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead generation and pipeline development

• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM

• Develop targeted outreach strategies for key verticals including restaurant/hospitality, retail, and financial services

• Convert qualified leads into opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle

Sales process design and optimization

• Design and implement scalable sales processes, methodologies, and best practices

• Establish key performance indicators and tracking mechanisms in CRM

• Create sales collateral, proposals, and presentation templates

• Implement automation and tools to streamline sales activities

Client relationship management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process

• Conduct first discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align our solutions to their business needs

• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to successful closure

Strategic partnerships and business development

• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with complementary technology providers

• Develop relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to leverage co-selling opportunities

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• Build relationships with key stakeholders in target industries

Cross-functional collaboration

• Partner closely with our technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and pricing

• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and generate inbound leads

• Provide market feedback to inform product development and service offerings

• Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and market insights to leadership

Team building and development

• As the function grows, participate in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members

• Document processes and create training materials for future team expansion

• Mentor junior team members as the organization scales


Requirements

Experience and background

• Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or technology consulting

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Experience with full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing

• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise software sales is highly valued

• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred

Skills and competencies

• Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to generate new business independently

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English (B2/C1 level required)

• Understanding of technology concepts and ability to discuss data solutions, cloud computing, and analytics with technical and non-technical audiences

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
