Senior Product Designer

About the role:

Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer at DataFeedWatch, you’ll be a crucial part of our design team, working on both UX and UI design projects. You'll collaborate closely with our product management, engineering, and marketing teams to drive the design vision and strategy, ensuring our solutions are functional and delightful.

Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies Required:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Mastery of standard design tools and process
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and design processes.
• Experience in working with research and product metrics
• Experience designing reusable UX components or libraries
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a driving contributor to the vision and strategy for our products in partnership with the leadership team
• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for the app.
• Be our subject matter expert, advising the product team on product design and best practices
• Continuously improve the user interface by incorporating user feedback and iterating on designs
• Be a mentor for the team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all product touchpoints.
